| College counselors are important stakeholders in the moral education of college students,who have historical responsibility of educating constructers of socialism and made significant contribution to higher education. Counselors play a more important role during the process of popularization of higher education. Construction of college counselors quality model provides reference for the college counselors' recruitment, training and assessment, and promotes the construction of counselors' team and improves the overall quality of counselors and it has important practical significance.Based on related domestic and overseas research, took counselors of Xinjiang Agricultural University as the research object, used literature research, questionnaire, factor analysis, etc., collected counselor qualities related words through the open questionnaire, used the Delphi method to form the initial 63 feature vocabulary, established 55 quality components by the degree of importance, and summarized in 8-dimensional structure model(inspired by political literacy, moral qualities, professionalism, professional knowledge, working ability, personality characteristics, physical and mental qualities, achievement orientation), based on the quality of the model, initially proposed the application of human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance and compensation management, and then evaluated overall quality Xinjiang Agricultural University counselors based on the scenario analysis. The composite score of structural quality features of Xinjiang Agricultural University counselors was 85.2 points. Analyzed the existing problems and put forward the suggestion of accelerating the improvement of the overall quality of counselors. Summarized the factors of quality characteristics on the basis of the model, and explained this article is a preliminary exploration of Xinjiang Agricultural University counselor's scenario simulation tests. |
