Vocational education as an important part of education system in our country, because of its short time, quick effect and strong adaptability etc, has prepared a large number of high-quality laborers for the society, our country has been heavily promoted by the development of economic construction. In the education teaching activities, the key factors that determines education is teacher, only by establishing the high quality, professional vocational education teachers, to steadily promote the development of vocational education in our country, the science. In order to enhance the overall quality of vocational education teachers, since the end of last century in our country gradually carry out the training of vocational education teacher training, after years of development, under the party and the country attaches great importance to, the vocational education teacher training work has obtained the remarkable result, training system has been initially formed. However, due to the economic base and regional characteristics, the different culture and nationality, China's vocational education teacher training work has obvious regional characteristics, especially in the west and ethnic minority areas, the vocational education teacher training work lags far behind the eastern developed areas. In view of this, in order to promote the western region and the extensive work of training to cultivate teachers in ethnic minority areas, this study in combination with the author, on the basis of the practical work of Xinjiang autonomous region of national key construction of training base of the current situation of the development of vocational education teacher training was studied, the main vocational education teacher training base in Xinjiang agricultural university as an example, using written survey method, literature study and comparative research methods, through extensive research and from the perspective of theoretical analysis, in view of the base of the process of development and construction, gives the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
