In the background of the global information and network, information and knowledge acquisition is no longer the main problem of the individual. How to manage the information and knowledge acquired, and transformed into their own knowledge and ability, became a main problem. The essence of personal knowledge is a knowledge system, knowledge of junior high school students is most important for one to learn and grow in a ring, and the current existing personal knowledge management system and tools is not able to well reflect the characteristics, can not provide a good tool for knowledge management to junior high school students. The reason of the above considerations, this paper attempts to put forward the method of junior high school student notebook management knowledge transfer method to the knowledge of the computer system management thought. And using the idea of the design and development of the students' personal knowledge management system.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) According to the characteristics of junior high school students' personal knowledge management,project management, cognitive psychology, system engineering theory put forward a system model of students based on personal knowledge management(personalized model). Establish a personal knowledge system in their own personal assistant to personal knowledge management system. Students through knowledge management to promote learning.(2) Using the thought of system engineering, the design and development of the system of students' personal knowledge management. The system mainly includes 5 parts: registration and login, knowledge input,knowledge retrieval and knowledge, improve access to network knowledge. Registration and login is the beginning of students to use the knowledge management system, is the portal system. Knowledge is the basis of knowledge management into the system, in the book system, students can be carried out in accordance with the categories of knowledge storage. Perfect knowledge subsystem provides allow students to further improve their previously recorded knowledge platform, through this platform, students to supplement the further supplement and confirm whether the knowledge has been established, and dissemination, so that other people within the system can share the knowledge. Knowledge consulting system, provides a method for students to query knowledge, knowledge query process, the system also provides updates, knowledge sharing and other operations, which is reflected in the system of knowledge work.The results show that the students' personal knowledge management is a complex dynamic process.System of students' personal knowledge management can well reflect the process of knowledge management and learning of junior high school students meet the requirements.
