Conventional education has an important value in children's life.Good convention can make children gain the ability to live independently and make children have a smooth transition from family life to collective life in kindergarten.It also can make children form a good behavior and develop children's self-discipline laying the foundation for children to enter the social life.This paper mainly uses the method of observation,interview method and case analysis to study the current situation of conventional education in kindergarten.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part is the study design.The third part is the investigation about the present situation of conventional education.The fourth part is the analysis of the existing problems and the reasons.The fifth part is the countermeasures about promoting conventional education in kindergarten.The results show : The conventional education purpose biased towards easier management for teacher;The unscientific conventional education ways is not easier for the forms of conventional consciousness;The unreasonable education content isbad for the understanding to the conventional education;The unscientific conventional education evaluation is not good for promoting the conventional form.The reason affecting the development of general education includes the deviation about teachers' education concept;Young children's characteristics on physical and mental development: children's imitation,children's cognitive errors;the limited educational resources;the cooperation between family and kindergarten.Finally puts forward the measures of conventional cultivation,first setting scientific regular education concept;Using kinds of conventional education methods;Using multiple scientific evaluation method;Strengthening the cooperation between family and kindergarten.
