With the rapid development of communication and Internet technologies, MOOC, just like a windstorm, rushed out all over the world, exerting a profound impact on the online-education and even the education itself.More and more learners are taking to this learning style: it is unhindered by status, space and time, selecting schools, teachers and courses freely. By interacting with learners all over the world, it has been in constant progress. In the process of learning, learners can experience the motivation and fun from the feeling of “ I am the master of my study”. For the educators, MOOC makes a bigger difference, for it has made the educational ideal “ No child left behind” come true, and also, it predicts the tendency of educational reform, which will connect with the Internet more and more closely.Through the literature research, the writer found that the study of MOOC has reached only its theoretical descriptions and countermeasure analysis, but with little empirical research, let alone its application in technical teaching fields in secondary vocational schools. However, if we put MOOC into the technical teaching fields in SVS, will it be practical? And how do we set MOOC courses? How to evaluate its application effect? These questions are worth pondering.This paper analyses the features, design principles and related strategies of MOOC, proposing the teaching design model. This model, combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational technical courses, has been put into use on the E-learning Platform of our Qingdao Art School. We designed the Making-up and Hair styling courses, which has been applied and evaluated in specific teachings. The research shows that the technical courses of MOOC has a great teaching effect---the students' learning interest is greatly aroused, and their ability of self-inquiry and cooperative learning is strengthened. At the same time, this new teaching style also brought new challenges, which, as for the teachers, will undoubtedly generate their teaching passion.
