In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward the requirement of “precise poverty alleviation” in front of the whole Party and the people of the whole country,putting education precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation on the agenda.Our nation regards vigorously developing vocational education as an important task in “The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Education to Eliminate Poverty and Attack Strong Poverty”.This task includes “Focusing on improving the basic cultural quality and technical skills of people who are identified as poor and registered,and enhancing the employment,entrepreneurship and abundance ability of poverty-stricken population in an all-round way”.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress regards “perfecting vocational education” as an organic component of “building a strong educational country which is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”.In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping called for “vigorously running vocational colleges” and “training more highly skilled personnel” during the National Education Conference.Obviously,top-level decision-making has incorporated vocational and technical education into the organic system of precise poverty alleviation strategy.Vocational and technical education which abbreviated as secondary vocational education in full text is an important part of Vocational education.It directly shoulders the dual tasks of supporting the will,wisdom,precise poverty eradication and blocking intergenerational transmission of poverty.The key link for the successful completion of this task in secondary vocational schools is the curriculum,which is not only the bridge and carrier to achieve the goal of training labor force,but also the node of the organic combination of knowledge and skills.Precision poverty alleviation not only brings new opportunities for the development of Vocational schools,but also puts forward challenges of special needs.Accurate docking of curriculum design and poverty alleviation measures in poverty-stricken areas has been placed in front of secondary vocational schools —— theory,especially practical courses,must be adapted to precise poverty alleviation.Clarifying the special requirements of precise poverty alleviation for vocational training objectives,the particularity of the training objective has unique requirements on the curriculum set of secondary vocational and technical education,which furtherly clarifies the specific requirements of poverty alleviation on vocational practice curriculum set.With the method of empirical investigation and education statistics,this paper sorts out the problems in the connection between vocational practical courses and precise poverty alleviation,such as unclear training objectives,the inaccurate docking of the curriculum methods,and the imbalance of the theoretical and practical curriculum.Using the causal analysis method,we analyzes institutional separation,the overall level of “students who don't pass the college entrance examination and the senior high school entrance examination” in poverty-stricken areas,the dynamics of precise poverty alleviation,the inertia of secondary vocational curriculum,and the lack of teachers and practice bases,putting forward some suggestions,such as defining the main body of precise docking between poverty alleviation measures and practical curriculum in vocational schools,adhering to the principle of precise docking between poverty alleviation measures and practical curriculum in vocational schools,focusing on regional poverty alleviation measures and the nodes of practical curriculum in vocational schools,and concreting the direction of precise docking between rural conventional industries and practical curriculum in vocational schools.This paper puts forward suggestions on system,planning,base,teachers,time,fund guarantee and etc..Promoting the alignment of vocational practice curriculum setting with the targeted support for the goals and wisdom of poverty alleviation.We will promote the alignment of vocational practice courses and targeted poverty alleviation efforts and providing support for curriculum reform to strengthen the weak links in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.And it will help impoverished areas get rid of the root and source of poverty.Let the practical curriculum of secondary vocational school play its due role in realizing the strategic goal of relieving the poverty in real need,taking serious attitude to poverty alleviation,and lifting people out of poverty.
