Its holding in a certain extent not only reflects the development level of China's competitive sports, and the differences of regional competitive strength, but also can see the basic direction and development trend of China's sports competition reform.In this paper, the Jiangsu basketball team, volleyball team, football team as the research object, using literature, interview method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis and other research methods, from the three teams participated in the domestic league, Grand Prix, tournament and other research, to propose reasonable suggestions and scientific development strategy, to provide some theoretical support for the development of Jiangsu Province three ball sports, to provide reference for decision makers.The results show that the three big ball sports in Jiangsu province in province are generally good, and the competition results are basically located in the first group, and maintain a high competitive state and competitive ability. Among them, basketball achievement, women's basketball team is better in the men's basketball team, and tournament outstanding, but League advantage is not obvious, the substantial decline in competitive level; Jiangsu's basketball sports performance fluctuations larger, cut the top 8is fraught with difficulties.
