As Chinese economy developed rapidly,high education has played an increasing important role in social development.Human resources has become new productivity and got an important post.Chinese universities paid more attention to the teachers management and introduced the method of performance management.It's basic request of stable development and fundamental guarantee of teaching quality for universities to constructing teacher performance management system.Research on the influence factors of university teachers performance management in northern Jiangsu province helps improve their teacher performance management system and makes a great significance for universities in northern Jiangsu province on building one team with high quality,allocating human resource reasonably and strengthening their competitive power.The thesis is divided into four parts---six chapters.The first part including first two chapters mainly introduces the meaning and purpose of the study,current situation of relevant study home and abroad,contents and method of study,the originality of the study and defines some relevant concepts.The second part including chapter three and chapter four,comprehensively analyzes the measures of university teachers performance management in northern Jiangsu province and its effects and problems.Combining with practice,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of performance management of university teachers in North Jiangsu Province,and constructs the index system.The third part including chapter five contains empirical study.This paper analyzes the background and measures of teacher performance management of Suqian College.Then with data collected this paper use method of SWOT to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of implementing performance management of Suqian college,which helps find common influence factors.The forth part including chapter six based on the problems analyzed above,gives effective suggestions targeted to the universities in northern Jiangsu province.Continuing communication should run through the whole process of performance management.Examination indicators should conform to the university development location.Performance assessment should play an inspiring role.Open outcome should satisfy the appeals of teachers.This paper has two creating points.On the one hand,this paper focuses universities in under-developed area.On the other hand,this paper analyzes influence factors of teacher performance management of Suqian College so as to put forward the scientific suggestions.
