The Research On The Developmental Assessment System Of Primary School Education In Dalian

With the promulgation of the Ministry of education of the Ministry of education on promoting the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of primary and secondary school education reform, the school education assessment is increasingly widespread concern in the community, the construction of scientific and reasonable evaluation system of school education development is the important method to promote the balanced development of primary education in Dalian city.At present, the school evaluation system, which is independent of each district, is the lack of the development evaluation system of primary school education in Dalian. In the face of the above problems, this paper is based on a wide range of domestic and international education development assessment, through a wide range of primary school students, parents, educational administrators and experts and scholars to analyze the current situation of the construction and implementation of the Dalian primary school education development assessment system, and to explore the problems of the current education assessment, and put forward the method of improving the subject of education evaluation and assessment. Based on the experience of domestic and international advanced evaluation, the evaluation index of 6 primary school education development assessment system is constructed, which includes the school's ideology, system construction, standard education, moral education and activities, classroom teaching and school performance. The two levels of evaluation system are designed.Through the empirical analysis of the school education development in Zhongshan District of Dalian City, the school education development assessment, the practical and reasonable of the construction of the evaluation system is preliminarily verified.
