Although the sports level in Xinbin manchu autonomous coun ty has been in the top in Fushun city and Liaoning province, the performance dropped a li ttle in recent years and there are some other problems.The paper conducts a survey on the development status of Xinbin amateur sports sc hools in Liaoning province using the methods of literature material, questionnaire and sur vey, mathematical statistics, expert interviews,etc. It comes to the following conclusions:1. The amateur sports school in Xinbin county experienced three development stage s which respectively represented the different development pattern, education and trainin g pattern in different periods, and they’re the product of different period of development. 2. The educational philosophy in Xinbin amateur sports school is "professional training, popularization and training talents"; the school-running pattern mainly divides into "sport s combined with education " and "win-win cooperation".3. The allocation of the coache s in Xinbin amateur sports school is basically reasonable, but still has some problems.4. Athletes are not able to balance training and learning.5.Lack of fund, Xinbin amateur sp orts school can not develop normally.6. The school management system and reward mec hanism in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County should be complete.In view of the above problems, the paper analyze the present status of amateur sport s school and put forward the following development countermeasures:1.
