| With the 29th Beijing Olympic Games successfully organized ,the competitive sports in China has entered a new stage, its future development also attracts people's attention. For the developments of the competitive sports, a large number of talented athletes have to be brought out is a precondition. Amateur sports school at the county level in China is the important component on the training system. It is especially important to promote the county amateur sports school for doing well to the development of offspring sports talents. Therefore, promoting the county amateur school has to be put on the grass-root sports work's list.Shaanxi Province is the birthplace of the Chinese civilization, and the economic and cultural center of the west. During "Eleventh Five-Year Project", Shaanxi Province faces a new developing environment. It is the crucial phase of building well-off society and the west powerful economy province. To seize the historical opportunity of the western region development and the success of the historic 2008 Olympic Games, to be the front position in the west and the medium level of main indexes in the whole nation, our province has to be strived to be a strong sports province. The three-tier training network system consisting of the whole country under conditions of a market economy undergoing profound changes. In China, effected by the reform of political and education system, and the impact of changes in social structure, some of the amateur sports school in Shaanxi Province has closed down having much difficulties to grow. The old running mode is not adapt to the modern socialism market economy, so we have to re-think the old educational system and have new corresponding methods on the base of investigation.In this study, through literature survey, expert interviews, a number of statistics, the logic of research methods such as analysis of county-level amateur sports school in Shaanxi Province of the training carried out field visits to disseminate the questionnaire recovery, and with local School leaders, coa(?)hes for the discussion. A number of ways to master the situation of Amateur Sports School at the county level, to make a comprehensive assessment, the following conclusions:1. Shaanxi Provincial Amateur Sports School at the county level is the main project and re-track and field sports. from the establishment of the training project, the sports items has singleness. To training situation, the main tasks are onrushing and seasonal. 2.It was diversified on Amateur Sports School at the county level in Shaanxi Province's leadership and coaches of the schools targeting. But in understanding more rational level, it meets the needs of personal development, school interests, national interests and the development of education and changes to the diversification.3."Concentrated three" system is common education mode at present in Shaanxi Province on amateur sports school, but such the school should be carry out the guideline of the "combination of the physical training and education" when it is beneficial to the student's future..4.In Shaanxi Provincial, the amateur sports coaches are very experienced, and they have a certain love of the work and dedication, but the coaches do not sound team, educational level, lower title, the level of scientific research, poor treatment & wages, and inadequate incentives, these factors restrict the development of coaches and amateur sports school's competitiveness.5.Shaanxi sports' training at the county level is declining seriously .The actual number of people on training showed a downward trend year on year. Athletes pay more attention to the physical training and neglect the cultural education lead to some part of athletes poor-educated.6.Shaanxi Provincial Amateur Sports School at the county level, sports training time is generally higher than the time required, but athletes can be better on training mission. Because the relationship between coaches and athletes can be deal with each other well and can help athletes to be more positive and enthusiasms.7.Shaanxi Provincial Sports School at the county level, amateur athletes participate the race less than the higher ones. The competitive level do not play very well. So it can not embody the training effects and reach to "replacing the race to the train" .In the long run, it will be closed training and lack for the outside communications, and block the off-spring talents education.8.The majority of counties in Shaanxi Province to shrink the material side of the situation, selection based on a single trend, the way in the material to rely on the experience of Games selection and two ways to find the grass-roots level as the main way that the Amateur Sports School at the county level in Shaanxi Province selecting a more reasonable range of coaches, but the use of the use of selection theory and the way the coaches apparatus is small, less-scientific material.。9.Amateur sports school in Shaanxi Province of management at the county level is inadequate, most of the schools policy to attach importance to training, the establishment of a special regulatory body, but the supervision of the training system is not perfect, in the actual operation of the coaches and day-to-day training of athletes is not a strict monitoring system. 10.Athletes of Shaanxi Province is not a sound social security system, the majority of amateur sports schools at the county level of medical supervision do not be paid enough attention, the issue of retired athletes in particular.11 .Amateur Sports School at the county level in Shaanxi Province funded by the Government that its funding depends heavily, very few other sources of funds. And insufficient investment funds leads to the shortage of equipment.In view of the above county-level amateur sports school in Shaanxi Province is currently the main problems, as well as an analysis of findings based on the development of the following responses:1 .To array out rational distribution of projects, stress the main points, and form their own brand items. 2.Broaden the thinking, to build and improve the teaching body of the sport combined with back-up personnel training mode. 3. Optimize the structure of the coaches, for coaches to enhance business knowledge and educating people of the update ability. 4. Improve the competition regime to open up the market competition and strengthen the management of competition. 5. To establish and perfect the sport of running back-up personnel selection mechanisms, the realization of scientific material. 6. The gradual establishment of an amateur sports school at the county level and improve the scientific evaluation mechanisms. 7. To improve the social security system athletes, amateur sports school students to properly resolve the issue of the way out. 8. Through a variety of channels, in various forms, and gradually increase the exercise training, site funding for equipment. |
