Research On Employment Problems Of Rural Vocational College Students In Bayingol Vocational And Technical College

The employment difficulty for college students has been widely concerned by society as the continuous expansion of higher education scale and continuously increasing number of college graduates in China, and additionally the changed structure of demand for talents. Particularly in recent several years, the number of rural students who can accept vocational education has been keeping increasing, and the employment problems for them become more and more obvious specifically in many aspects.This paper studies on the employment problems for rural vocational college students in Bayingol Vocational and Technical College with regard to these problems, and makes questionnaire survey on employment status of 2014 fresh rural vocational graduates as object of study. It studies on employment problems, analyzes its reasons, and then puts forward solutions. Sequentially it provides theoretical foundation to employment policy formulation by local governmental department, and preferably promotes the employment of rural vocational graduates. This paper consists of six parts: Chapter one is the introduction, including background, purpose and significance of the research, basic concept definition, current status of foreign and domestic researches, research method, and research thought; Chapter two makes the questionnaire survey on employment problems for 2014 fresh rural vocational graduates in Bayingol Vocational and Technical College; Chapter three studies the employment problems for rural vocational students in the college based on survey results, these employment problems mainly are: employment area selection is not balanced, and employment unit is not standardized, weak career consciousness, out-dated employment thought, high expectation for employment, low individual's integrative competence, limitation of employment channel etc; Chapter four analyzes the reasons of employment problems from three aspects, namely, society, school and students themselves; Chapter five illustrates the countermeasures for the employment problems for rural vocational college students in Bayingol Vocational and Technical College; Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper, it mainly makes an conclusion of the paper regarding to the findings, deficiencies and future improvements in study.Currently, the employment problems of vocational graduates attracts a wide spread attention, there are many foreign and domestic researches on their employment, but the researches on employment problems for rural vocational graduates are not many. Therefore, this paper studies and analyzes the employment problems for rural vocational college students in Bayingol Vocational and Technical College based on field research, and consequently puts forward the corresponding feasible employment countermeasures, which trying to provide reference ideas on solving employment problems of rural vocational college students in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and other vocational colleges.
