As the core of teaching work,teaching quality is the core of teaching evaluation in various vocational colleges in china.Various educational documents issued by the state have made clear requirements for the quality of teaching.For higher vocational colleges to assess the level of personnel training,the higher occupation colleges are vigorously carry out curriculum evaluation,classroom teaching quality evaluation and self-assessment activities of the special assessment and overall,efforts to improve the management level,improve the quality of teaching.In this paper,through the analysis of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College teaching operation of teaching quality,further establish the evaluation index system of teaching quality of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College and influence factor analysis,finally this research proposes some effective strategies to improve the quality of teaching in Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the higher occupation education evaluation practice,provide a theoretical basis and practical methods for the improvement of teaching quality of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College,helps to improve the quality of education and teaching management system of higher occupation colleges,provides a new way for higher occupation college teaching quality improvement.This paper based on the teaching experience of Higher Vocational Colleges in ten years on,through theoretical study,questionnaire survey,individual interviews and other research methods,according to the Bazhou teaching facts,analysis of the current situation of the operation and management of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College teaching,analysis of college teaching quality evaluation,and puts forward some effective strategies to improve the quality of teaching in Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College.The study found that the Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College teaching operation and management problems,the main performance is: teachers are not perfect,the lack of resources of high quality teachers;administrative staff level is uneven,high lead lack scientific;teaching management concepts backward,teaching management system is not perfect.The teaching quality evaluation system lacks comprehensiveness and long-term,and the examination methods are not flexible and incomplete.The teaching management methods are lack of scientific and democratic,and the teaching management methods are not flexible.According to the analysis of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College teaching quality influencing factors and teaching evaluation system,and further puts forward the effective strategies to improve the teaching quality improvement of Bayin Guoleng Vocational and Technical College,is mainly concerned with social development and establish a comprehensive,diversified teaching quality;strengthen school spirit and study style construction,to create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching;innovative management of teachers,improve teacher incentive system;establish a good teacher-student relationship and effectively improve the quality of teaching;using scientific teaching methods to stimulate students' interest in learning;strengthen cooperation,enhance the teaching ability;teaching reform,improve teaching quality;improve classroom teaching evaluation,and actively improve the quality of teaching.
