The Research About The Employment Status Of Zhangjiakou Vocational And Technical College Students

From the late 1990 s,China's higher education developed from elite education to popular education,the number of college graduates rised in high speed,followed by graduates supply exceedind demand in the the labor market,the employment problem of university students has aroused widespread attention from all walks of life.Higher vocational colleges are important parts of colleges and universities,the situation of the graduates employment is more serious.To make the higher vocational education develop healthily and satisfy the social demand for professional talented people,it has important practical significance to study in-depth of higher vocational college students employment.This article will take the employment of Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College students as the research object,through field survey,interviews and other research method and literature method,by analyzing the employment status,the regional distribution of the employment of graduates and distribution types in employment,explore from the factors of schools,students,and social,find the main factors influencing the students' employment and the existing problems,and advances some corresponding solving countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the analysis and study of this paper,improve the students' employment quality,cultivate high-skilled talents to meet the demand of social and economic development,provide consultations to the research of the national vocational colleges and the development of the reform of higher vocational education.
