Textbook is an important part of the curriculum resource, occupying an important position in the whole course system, and its reformation directly reflects the condition of the course reform, also reflects the research status of the countries' education theory. And biological experiment is the base of biology to establish, is an important way to implement quality education, is an important part of the textbooks. The junior middle school science textbooks between China and Korea more highlight the demands of citizens' basic scientific literacy. So this paper conducts a comprehensive in-depth analysis on the biological experiment of the junior middle school science textbooks in our country, and compare the related contents with South Korea, to reference excellent experience, promote the research and development of junior middle school science textbooks in china.This paper has carried on the literature review and comparative study on the junior high school science curriculum reform, the content of the junior high school science curriculum standard, and the development background of junior high school biology textbooks between China and Korea. According to Xia Jisong's textbook classification, in this paper, the surface structure of the experimental part of the junior middle school science textbooks between China and Korea is divided into the experiment quantity and distribution, experimental architecture, experimental equipment, experimental illustrations and experimental language. The deep structure is divided into scientific knowledge, scientific method and scientific emotion. And use the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research to analysis quantity and text respectively.Reach the following conclusion through the comparative analysis:the biological experiment number distribution trend of two sets of textbooks is consistent, but the overall number of Korean textbooks surplus that of our country; Two sets of the textbooks have taken various experimental, but the exploratory experiment in Korea textbooks is far more than that of our country. The experiments of Chinese textbooks tend to drawn conclusion but that of Korean textbooks tend to operation process and scientific inquiry; China and South Korea are to realize the importance of experiment equipment into daily life, and the performance of Chinese textbooks is more outstanding in this respect, highlighted the biological phenomenon of life; The overall number of the experiment illustrations in Korea textbooks more than that of our country, and Korean textbooks pay more attention to people-oriented in experiment illustrations language, illustrations rather the student as the main body than experimental instrument; The language of biological experiment in two sets of textbooks are all concise and easy to understand, but the language of South Korea textbooks is more cordial and easy to stimulate students curiosity and interest to the experiment. China and South Korea all attach importance to cultivate students' biological science literacy by biological experiments, but its present in the two sets of textbooks in different way.On the above conclusions, this paper puts forward three Suggestions to the biological experiment part of junior high school science textbooks in china:our junior middle school science textbooks should dig more exploration tests, to increase the students' interest in biology, and strengthen their ability in experimental operation; Our country textbooks do a appropriate adjustment based on the original experiment content organization in textbook writing, for the experimental arrangement being more close to students, and students autonomously analysis experimental phenomena for experimental conclusions; In scientific literacy, Junior middle school science textbooks in our country should change the language style in more close to the students, at the same time increase the experimental textbook illustrations, pay attention to cultivate students' interest in biology.
