Pay attention to students' autonomous learning and to cultivate students' ability of scientific inquiry is one of the basic idea of the new curriculum reform in our country, one of the best way to practice the idea is carry out teaching of inquiry in the classroom, and the teaching mode of inquiry can provide scientific and effective guidance on it. Therefore, it is urgency and significance to build a scientific and reasonable, more targeted and operational teaching mode of inquiry.This research in view of the deficiencies and defects of the existing high school physics teaching mode of inquiry innovative constructed three teaching mode of inquiry for high school physics classroom teaching in case method beginning with high school physics teaching specific content classification, under the premise of the latest theoretical research combined into its theoretical ideas. In the following, it discusses the detail process of case method of all kinds of teaching modes, and hope to provide reference and guidance for teachers in physics classroom inquiry teaching. This text is divided into four parts altogether, the main content and result is as follows:Part? Introduction. It is find the status quo through retrieval and analysis of the literature about high school physics teaching model of inquiry, and for its shortcomings and defects construction teaching mode of inquiry in physics classroom basic of the concrete content of Physics Teaching as main contents of this study, and determines the research methods and research way of thinking, finally summed up the innovation of this study.Part? The analysis of theoretical basis and factual basis. Analyzing and researching the connotation of scientific inquiry and the inquiry teaching, the elements scientific inquiry, physics teaching related theory and the teaching mode, so that it can clarify the connotation of physics inquiry teaching theory, choose appropriate the form to describe teaching model, in order to as the construction theoretical foundation of teaching model of inquiry. At the same time it isstudy on Senior high school students' physics basic knowledge and senior high school students' scientific inquiry ability and survey of senior middle school students learning methods to provide factual information and support for the construction of teaching mode of inquiry.Part ? The process of model construction. It is present three type of teaching mode of inquiry in Senior high school physics classroom in form of “guide mode, teaching mode,application, teaching effect and influence”, which part “guide mode” is mainly case study process according to the data and information collected in the teaching practice, include of Hypothesis of case study,the data and information collected in the teaching practice and evidence analysis of case study, in order to provides a practical basis for building the model.Finally the proposed three teaching model of inquiry for the Senior high school most of physics classroom teaching content is : type of model construction of teaching model of inquiry:based on the model, obtain evidence, causal relationship demonstrated, using the model to explain or predict; type of exploring the law of teaching model of inquiry: questions and hypotheses, experimental design and planning, implementation of experiment and data collected,and expression and analysis of the law, experimental evaluation and communication; type of explain the phenomenon of teaching model of inquiry: resent phenomenon and observe, ask questions, make assumptions, obtain evidence, establishment of a causal relationship,communication and evaluation.Part ? Summarized and prospects. It Discusses analytical perspectives and evaluation dimensions of teaching design of inquiry in the Senior high school physics, and proposed four angle : task, students, time, conditions, and four evaluation dimensions : effectiveness,appropriateness, subject, open. The final it is conclusion of the whole research process, pointed out the direction of future efforts should be made to, and discussed the development direction and trend of future inquiry teaching mode.
