Advanced teaching idea is indispensable for teachers in the information era, and since the demonstration effect from the pre-service teachers' teaching behavior to teachers' is significant, pre-service teachers must follow the trend of the times in teaching knowledges and technology. Teachers' qualification exam policy reform, for pre-service teacher training schools and education institutions to organize corresponding subjects education training, therefore explore meet the demand of pre-service teacher training mode has certain necessity.MOOC mode, which is the result of online education development, become one of the mainstream of the education in the new time. It is different with the traditional training model, in providinges a new training from for pre-service teacher,giving them abundent theory systems, and enabling a large number of pre-service teacher training. We found that although there are multitudinous excellent MOOC resources online, without pre-service teacher training.Therefore, the author research of pre-service teacher training model based on the concept of MOOC, in order to diacover the new way of pre-service teacher training. It is online and offline binary training model,transfer of knowledge, internalization in online, learning resources mainly appears in the form of teaching video; Practical application of knowledge in offline by means of online knowledge theoretical study and practical application for a series of training pre-service teachers teaching activity of teachers knowledge and teaching skills.This research mainly adopts literature research,case analysis, a quasi-experimental study method, questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods, based on associated with learning theory, blended learning theory, teacher training and teacher professional development theory,mastery learning theory. The study structures pre-service teacher training model based on the concept of MOOC on the basis of previous studies, and analyses basic elements of the model. The study states the design of the online class and offline the class teaching activities to learn knowledge and skill,and content. The study states the design and production requirements and methods of the MOOC video, applies pre-service teacher online training model based on the concept of MOOC to teaching experiment, statistic and analysis the experimental data, test the validity of the model.In the process of the research, the author's main research work includes to check, arrange and analyze pre-service teacher training and MOOC related to research materials at home and abroad, to analyse the conception of MOOC, pre-service teacher training model, online and offline training mode, the main theoretical basises. Structures pre-service teacher training model based on the concept of MOOC on the basis of previous studies, and analyzes key elements of the model and and design teaching activities. The application pre-service teacher online training model based on the concept of MOOC to teaching experiment,compare pretest data and finaltest data in experimental class, draw the conclusion.The research preliminary get the following conclusions:1.The pre-service teachers' degree of interest in online training mode has obvious improved and emotional tendency obvious has improved. 2.The pre-service teachers showed a stronger consciousness and ability of independent learning. 3.The pre-service teachers' information literacy has significant improvement. 4.The pre-service teachers think online and offline training model is helpful to mastering the basic knowledge and training the teaching skills, promote MOOC concept teaching consciousness. 5.Communication cooperation ability of pre-service teachers did not have a significant improvement.
