With the issuance of national policy documents,such as the Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers(trial),the Rural teacher support Plan(2015-2020),the National Strategic Plan for Rural Renewal(2018-2022),and so on,The country and society pay more attention to the development of rural education.Rural primary school teachers,like urban primary school teachers,play an important role in primary school education and affect the physical and mental development of primary school students.In this study,four dimensions and 17 secondary indicators of primary school teachers' professional development were determined according to "Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards" and related books and literature.In order to understand the professional development status of rural primary school teachers in Anfu County,Jiangxi Province,the self-made questionnaire was conducted to investigate and analyze the rural primary school teachers in the township central primary school,village complete primary school and village primary school in Anfu County,Jiangxi Province.Then the possible influencing factors are analyzed and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.Through the analysis of the survey results,this study draws the following conclusions:First,the overall level of professional development of rural primary school teachers is good,but there are weak links.From the survey results,the overall level of professional development is 4.6539 points,indicating that the overall level of professional development is better.Among them,professional knowledge is 4.5395 points,professional sentiment is 4.5944 points,lower than professional ethics and concepts(4.7558 points)and professional abilities(4.7319 points)two dimensions.Rural primary school teachers in the professional knowledge and professional feelings are relatively weak.Second,rural primary school teachers need to be improved in terms of educational ideals and beliefs,general knowledge,teacher teaching design,and teachers' professional satisfaction..Third,according to the survey,there are differences in the professional development level of rural primary school teachers among different professional components,such as gender,age,working years,academic qualifications,school categories and the overall level of professional development of rural primary school teachers.Fourth,social aspects,schoolmanagement,rural primary school environment,rural primary school teachers self-are the important factors that affect the professional development of rural primary school teachers.Through the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,we should strengthen the construction of social atmosphere to support the professional development of rural primary school teachers,enhance the professional ethics and concepts;second,strengthen the formulation and implementation of the rural primary school management system policy,expand the level of professional knowledge;Third,strengthen the rural primary school environment construction,improve the survival of rural primary school teachers,improve the professional ability of teachers,enhance the external tool value and internal life value of rural primary school teachers,promote the professional feelings of teachers.
