In the modern society,with the improvement of our country's economy and the progress of science and technology,people also put forward higher request for education and teaching,people begin to pay more attention to the all-round development of students,thus they find a teaching method to improve students' interest in learning and promote students' physical and mental health development has very important practical significance.The PBL teaching method,as a kind of problem oriented learning method,broke the traditional teaching way,take the student as the main body in the teaching,greatly improving the students' interest in learning.In the experiments,the thesis uses PBL teaching method to conduct the research on long jump(three stages)separated skills,the complete jump movement skills,the performance of long jump,abilities of discovering,analyzing and solving problem,learning interest,the long jump skills and the theoretical level,the abilities of innovation,cooperation and communication and consciousness,professional knowledge application ability and satisfaction of the course,then it has carried on research conclusions:(1)The PBL teaching method compares student's separated skills and completed skills in the long jump teaching,the experimental groups' skill performance were good than the control group,this shows that the PBL teaching method has good effect in long jump teaching.(2)In the long jump teaching,by using the PBL teaching method,the experimental group's grades of long jump are higher than the control group,this also shows that the PBL teaching method has good effect in long jump teaching.(3)Through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching and comparison of the abilities of discovering,analyzing and solving problem,it has significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.It shows that the PBL teaching method has good effect in improving the students' abilities of discovering,analyzing and solving problem.(4)Through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching,the thesis compares students' the long jump skills and theoretical ability.It shows that PBL teaching method has very good effect on improving students' skills in the long jump and theoretical abilities.(5)Through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching,the thesis also compares cooperative communication consciousness and innovative ability,it shows hat PBL teaching method has good effect on improving students' communicative and cooperative innovation ability.(6)Through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching and compares professional knowledge of the long jump,there are great difference between experimental group and the control group.It means that PBL teaching method has good effect on improving students' of application ability of professional knowledge.(7)Through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching,learning interests of experimental learning have changed,the experimental group is significantly better than the control group,through the statistical test,the difference is of great difference.It shows that PBL teaching method has good effect on improving students' learning ability and learning interest.(8)As a whole,through the use of PBL teaching method in the long jump teaching,students of the experimental group is more satisfied with the course than the control group.It shows that PBL teaching method has good effect on improving the students' satisfaction in curriculum.
