Jumping is one of human's fundamental movement skills,although it is simple in form,but standing long jump event is students grasp the composite jump skill based.The sixth national student physical health survey results show that reflect the power quality greatly improved performance of standing long jump.But this performance improvement is not enough to illustrate the physical education teachers in the actual teaching process,can make rational use of sports on the basis of theoretical knowledge to guide students in motor learning,so as to improve the result of standing long jump.This performance improvement of May is the result of years of accumulation of students' physical quality,may also be policies issued caused the attention of students and parents of sports performance,thereby enhancing the students standing long jump performance.In this paper,the male students in the forty-ninth Middle School of Dalian City,two years eight classes,30 physical health,no disease,no professional sports training history of male students as the experimental object.The experimental methods and objective are as follows: 1.The factors to influence students standing long jump results first of all,the use of the experimental method,questionnaire survey method for experimental research and theoretical analysis.Secondly,the citation analysis of standing long jump four technical aspects of the data,clear the joint angles by applying sports biomechanics research achievements and sports on the basis of theoretical knowledge.In reference on the basis of the joint data using theory of anatomy,acting muscle groups to determine,for accurate implementation of the practice and development of muscle strength to create the conditions.Furthermore,using the teaching method of screening,correctly understanding and grasp the characteristics and functions of the different teaching methods,and use in actual teaching,solve and complete the task teaching in the course of physical education teaching,students develop power quality.Finally,through the experiment,contrast before and after the experiment,students standing long jump results,to verify the influence of middle school students standing long jump performance factors,for secondary school physical education provide a new angle of view to make some attempt.Research results show that due to the research on the theory of sports biomechanics,the students standing long jump technical movement is more reasonable and labor-saving.And based on the use of anatomical knowledge,of acting muscles to determine more accurately,so as to create conditions for accurate development acting muscles strength quality.The use of selected teaching methods,not only improve the quality of the action of the students,but also the development of the strength of the relevant muscle groups and the quality of the students.The good quality of strength not only plays an active role in promoting the formation of sports technology,but also can prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.At the same time,in order to improve the quality of sport technique must develop the power quality,so as to improve the result of standing long jump.
