The multiple feedback teaching method is based on the feedback teaching method,using information theory,cybernetics,system theory and other related theories as the teaching basis to change the traditional single-role feedback mode.It constitutes the relationship between teachers and students,between students and between the information feedback of the teaching content,which has greatly improved the teaching efficiency.According to the characteristics of physical education class teaching and combined with the specific situation in the teaching process,the traditional single speech feedback is changed and physical education is more intuitive by originally combining the speech,action and video feedback.According to the students' cognitive level and the laws of their physical function development,the multiple feedback teaching method is applied to the long jump teaching class in middle school,which is in line with the students' athletic ability and physical development characteristics,and has high teaching operability.As the technical foundation of various sports,track and field can not only effectively improve the body's ability to adapt to sports,but also enhance physical fitness.Among them,long jump technical training can effectively promote students' cardiovascular system functions and normal metabolism of nutrients,improve students' ability to adapt to outdoor activities and increase bone density.In order to let the majority of students have a pleasant emotional experience in the actual class,teachers should constantly update the classroom teaching methods to maintain the fun and emotionality of the teaching to achieve the purpose of enhancing the students' physique,which is also in line with the concept of class teaching under our new curriculum.What's more,the school should closely integrate the development of student quality with the acceleration of physical education reform,give full play to the advantages of quality education reform,and constantly tap more innovative teaching methods to keep teaching activities fresh and dynamic.This thesis uses a combination of teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method,documentation method,observation method,and mathematical statistics method to explore the impact of multiple feedback teaching method on learning effect in long jump teaching.The object of the experiment in this thesis is the eighth grade students of Bayi Experimental School in Guangzhou.It is divided into experimental class and control class.The squat jump is selected as the content of thelecture.Before the experiment,the comprehensive tests on students' cognitive level,long-distance learning interest,and knowledge understanding has made.After the experiment,by comparing the teaching effects achieved in the classroom between classes and exploring the possible positive impact of multiple feedback teaching methods on physical education classroom teaching,practical teaching provides more references for basic physical education teaching.The conclusion of this experiment is as follows:1.The teaching experiment results show that both teaching methods can improve the students' long jump performance.The students in the experimental class jump farther than the control class,but because the teaching experiment time is only 8weeks,the difference in distance between the two classes is not obvious.2.After the experiment,the performance of the long-jump technical evaluation of the experimental class is better than that of the control class,and there are significant differences.3.Compared with traditional teaching,multiple feedback teaching can significantly increase students' interest in long jump technical learning,and students can actively suppress and correct wrong actions,so that the enthusiasm for learning can be maintained and improved.4.Compared with traditional class teaching,multiple feedback teaching can effectively promote students' learning and practical ability,master learning skills,and improve teachers' class teaching effect and students' satisfaction with the curriculum.5.Multiple feedback teaching method class teaching creates a harmonious classroom atmosphere,inspiring students to learn cooperatively,autonomously,and researchfully.Group feedback helps students gradually develop the ability to participate autonomously and solve practical learning problems.6.After evaluating the long jump technique,it is found that the feedback form of the organic combination of speech,action and video enables students to more consciously adjust the exercise,control the run-up jump,pedal speed and air movements,and improve the practice effect.
