Constitution and health problems of college students has been the focus of national attention.In order to understand body function training on physical fitness of college students,this study through the use of experimental teaching,combined with the physical conditions of college students,through the contrast experiment of body function training and traditional strength training,understand effect of traditional teaching and training and body function training on College Students' physical quality and action screening results,find out the difference of two kinds of physical training and on students' physical quality affects the level.In Colleges and universities to carry out the function of physical training to provide a reference.With functional training on college students' body quality influence as the research object,USES the literature material method,interview method,experimental testing method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,with the body function training as independent variables,as students' body quality and physical functional action test for the dependent variable(FMS).Students can be divided into the experimental group and control group,experimental group adopt the method of functional fitness training training,the control group with traditional physical training method of training,after 16 weeks of training,compared two groups of students physical quality and functional screening.Studies show that: the experimental group and the control group of students of physical fitness test scores and physical function action screening score have varying degrees of increase,improvement of visible body function training on College Students' physical quality level and improve body function action screening score has great influence.Before and after the experiment,experimental group in stepping hurdle,lunge straight,shoulder flexibility,straight leg raise and rotational stability increase greater than control group,with significant difference.But in squats,push ups,control group was relatively high,the other five although has increased,but the increase rate is not obvious.
