The function of body training was introduced into the national team training since 2006, in preparation for the London Olympics and the AP group, cooperative and comprehensive introduction of body function training, there are more and more successful case, walked slowly into people’s field of vision, now the body function training theory has become the hot spot in the country. The present study is more concentrated in the field of competitive sports, research are lack of applied in ordinary university students. Therefore, this research start from the reality of college students’ physical health, the body function training is applied to improve the quality of the college students’ sports practice, through the experiment in this paper, the effect of body function training on college students’ sports quality, for the body function training in the university sports classroom provides a reference to the practice application.Based on normal college students as subjects, this paper adopts the experimental design, the two groups before and after the test to each index test subjects, contrast analysis of test data, the two group have no significant difference(p>0.05). On this basis, the experimental group for 8 weeks of classroom body function training intervention and two body function training exercise after class and in the control group with the traditional regular training. Eight weeks later, test the all of experimental result of Pre-test once again, before and after the statistical analysis of measured data. The results show that:1,8 weeks of body function training after the experiment, functional action screening test 7 test project, measured by the comparative analysis of experimental data, upon examination, the experimental group and control group increased, the achievement of the experimental group significantly (p<0.05), the experimental group in the "trunk stability push-ups" and "body rotation stability" two action mode test scores significantly (p<0.01).2, Body function training on the impact of college students’ sports quality, speed quality of 50 meters there was no significant difference before and after the experiment (P>0.05), the remaining six quality were significantly improved (P< 0.05).3, Body function training in the aspect of improving college students’ sports quality own obvious effect, applied to the university sports in the classroom is an effective way to exercise, also has a positive effect to prevent students’ injury.
