A Study Of Obstacles And Policy Of The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Universities

Universities is not only an important base of scientific research and technology,but also an important source of scientific and technological achievements.The transformation rate of scientific research achievement in universities plays an important role in promoting the technological progress and economic and social development of Chinese enterprises.Although the number of scientific and technological achievements in universities is increasing,the achievements which can realize into productivity are few.The difficulty of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has always been a difficulty for colleges and society.So it has a remarkable practical significance to study the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.As an important subject in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the willingness and behavior of the scientific research workers directly related to the results of transformation.Based on the perspective of innovation resistance,this dissertation studied the obstacles of achievements transformation for university scientific research workers.It will help to explore the essence of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the literature research of transformation mode,obstacles,influence factors of scientific and technological achievements transformation,the two variables of transaction cost and policy orientation have been extracted,also with the hypothesis of impact of the influence of the two variables and their related factors on resistance transformation been put forward.Through the statistical analysis,these assumptions have been verified.The results show that the transaction cost has a weak positive influence on on the conversion of rejection,and has obvious positive influence on delay transformation;Policy orientation has no obvious effect on the conversion of rejection,but has a positive impact on the delay transformation.From the perspective of innovation resistance to study scientific and technological achievements transformation is a new attempt.So it has a certain reference value for the development of innovation resistance theory and the promotion of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities.
