With the development and changes of the society, population aging is a major social problem in twenty-first century. Ageing management has also gradually entered the electronic management mode. In the past, there were inefficiencies, poor transparency, higher error rates and other problems in paper archives and approval management. With the continuous development of information technology, the electronic demands of governments and enterprises for administration and management continue to stimulate the launches of various management systems, so the development and research of aging information management system has already become an inevitable trend. This will not only save a lot of manpower and material resources, but also optimize the collection and analysis of aging data. By analyzing and comparing the domestic and foreign aging information management systems,some problems are found in the current aging information systems. For example:Constituent elements of aging management are monotonous with one-sided business processes and incomplete management information. By sorting out the aging management institutions and expanding and improving their basic functions, the paper solves the problems of aging data management. In terms of the various forms of the current aging issues, targeted system modules are designed to achieve effective management of the aging data.Big data information management system of the aging described herein is an integrated development platform based on MyEclipse with Sqlserver2008 database as the support, which achieves the efficient management of the aging data. The system can help managers by providing electronic services in the aging health records management, aging policies and pension approval and personnel management and evaluation of the institutions.
