Under the guidance of wisdom education and the influence of individualized teaching idea, the era of fragmented learning has a new pursuit of teaching methods and resources construction. But the adjustment of educational distribution in colleges and universities and the increas ed enrollment of higher education has intensified the expansion of university scales, because of which the differences in the aspects of learning ability, learning level and learning foundation etc. among an increasing number of students are becoming more and more obvious. And it is very difficult to meet the teaching reality that the differences among learners are increasing by way of facing all the students with the same standard of teaching methods.Micro-course is not only a new form of course, but also an innovative teaching resource. While enriching teaching methods, it provides materials for the diversification of teaching and learning resources, and mathces learners' learning styles as well as their memory curves, which to some extent has promoted the reform of subject teaching and the development of quality education.Based on the online investigation, interviews and personal teaching experiences, this study investigates and analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in large-scale class teaching and stratified teaching and finds that the teaching resources for carrying out stratified teaching are relatively insufficient and that the existing teaching resources haven't been effectively applied either. On the other hand, the existing teaching resources lack micro-course's design principles and patterns for integrating stratified teaching with specific subject teaching; the development research on micro-course that meets the teaching requirements is relatively scarce, and the application and practice research that can be applied in specific subject teaching is relatively scarce, either. According to this situation, on the basis of the ADDIE model and under the guidance of learning theory, cognitive load theory, and working memory and attention theory, this research combines subject characteristics with currently available design research on micro-course, puts forward stratified teaching's micro-course's design principles and design patterns and creates a web-based mircro-course based on the We Chat Subscription platform, based on which the research has developed micro courses of 7 specific subjects with a total of 50 micro-course video resources. Last but not least, the experiment in the thesis has studied the practical effect that the micro-course of “advanced office automation” has on stratified teaching, verified micro-course's design principles and design patterns for stratified teachi ng and used controlled experimental study and investigation and research to verify the effectiveness of the research on the integration of micro-course, stratified teaching and specific subject. And to sum up the analysis results of every aspect, the main experimental conclusions that can be made are as follows:First, to apply micro-course in the stratified teaching of “advanced office automation” can solve the deficiencies of traditional teaching materials and insufficient teaching time.Second, to apply micro-course in the stratified teaching of “advanced office automation” can improve the learning performance of the learners, especially the performance of those learners whose foundation is relatively weak.Third, to apply micro-course in the stratified teaching of “advanced office automation” can also play a certain role in changing learners' learning attitude and improving learners' autonomous learning ability. The research on the integration of stratified teaching with the micro-course of specific subject has made up respective shortcomings of stratified teaching and micro-course and improved teaching efficiency and learning effect.
