For a long time, our athletes although on the short distance speed skating project made some achievements, such as Zhang Hong in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi won the championship, the Chinese athletes in the Olympic speed skating project gold medal zero breakthrough, but always failed to form good continuity and at various events match ups and downs of performance fluctuation is large, especially in the 1000 metres, has failed to achieve substantial breakthroughs. By comparing with foreign elite female short distance speed skating athletes can be found:our athletes in the 500 meters before the time-consuming similar conditions, the second half of deceleration is obvious, main reason is athletes aerobic capacity lack, resulting in slower lactate clearance, thus affecting the athletes speed glide. Therefore, how to use modern scientific training methods, for the development of short distance speed skating athletes aerobic capacity training, is placed in front of every one of the coaches and athletes to be solved problem. Monark ergometer is widely used in physiotherapy and sports training field, in middle and long distance running, swimming and other projects have oxygen ability training made remarkable achievements, this training method is introduced to the short distance speed skating project, to effectively solve the athletes have oxygen ability of lack has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper mainly uses the literature, expert interviews, experimental analysis, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods, according to the young female short distance speed skating technique, metabolism, rhythm, training and other aspects of its characteristics and the characteristics of the MONARK power bicycle, a set of experimental group, the experimental group and the control group were two and four months is too aerobic capacity training, in the experiments before, during and after the three stages respectively measure subjects of maximal oxygen uptake and oxygen uptake rate, blood lactate, heart rate and metabolic rate of anaerobic threshold index, comprehensive analysis of athletes'aerobic capacity improvement effect, the final 1000 meters through short distance speed skating tests concluded that the MONARK power bicycle training to improve athletes' aerobic capacity and obvious effect, is worthy of further study and promotion. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Sustained Monark ergometer load training method can improve the athlete's aerobic capacity, through exercise can improve heart and lung function of the athletes, Monark cycle ergometer interval training method can improve athletes have oxygen ability, has a very significant effect; the third set of reference group routine method training, aerobic capacity indicators have improved to some extent, but the effect is not very obvious, as the former two methods; Monark cycle ergometer training, the athletes to significantly improve.According to the conclusion of this paper, the following suggestions are put forward:Design of training plans for and to improve the competitive level of athletes; comprehensive use have oxygen ability ice training and land training methods, make the training process richer diversity, in improving the interest of athletes and improve the training efficiency; in the actual promotion need root according to the individual differences of different athletes were targeted improvement, and requires a combination of other training content, such as tactics, rhythm, the core strength together.
