Under the new curriculum reform, the development of geography activity teaching has produced a good effect, but the problem still exists, that is, the geography teaching first-line teachers can not fundamentally change the traditional teaching ideas. Therefore, they didn't put high premium on the "activity" teaching.The "activities" teaching case of the present teaching material doesn't match to the students' real life, and it is unable to meet the needs of the teaching area of Mongolian students learning. In Mongolian schools, for example, Mongolian teaching of geography activity teaching research and design has an important meaning to the student's development.Background and principle of the high school geography activity case development: Based on the psychology theory, modern cognitive theory, construction doctrine theory and multiple intelligence theory and combined with the Mongolian teaching characteristics the principle of activity teaching case development can be obtained, that activities and teaching objectives consistent principle, activities and the development level of students adapting principle, varies from region to region or time to time principle, the process and the result of the principle of equal importance, and material principle of authenticity.I consulted a lot of literature, at the same time, I also made a lot of questionnaire survey to teachers and students, combined with practical experience in daily work, I designed in line with the geographical features of Inner Mongolia "geography" teaching plan, using experimental method I tested the effect of the designed teaching plan. Summarized mainly includes the following aspects.(1) the high school "geography 1" activities case analysis and survey: "geography 1" activities are in the various chapters of the event, the form of a variety of activities. But the survey shows that geography teaching materials are not completely suitable for the original activity of case teaching in Mongolian background.(2) "Geography" teaching activities design method: starting from the actual situation of the Mongolian students and schools, closely linked to the teaching goal, combine the natural geographical features around the students to the selected activities, and strive to mobilize all the student's learning enthusiasm, combinethe theory with practice, to deeply understand the theoretical knowledge from the activities.(3) through the implementation of the design activities can draw the following conclusions, geography activity teaching method compared to traditional teaching method have great advantages, and instead of the direct using of textbook content, to in line with the design of activities of Mongolian teaching local geography is more functional to improve students' learning interest and learning results.
