Disability is inherent phenomenon of in the human society. According to the second Chinese disabled population sampling survey statistics show that 7.84 million disabled persons account for 0-25, accounting for 9.44% of the total disability population and become a part of the disabled groups can not be ignored. Disability affects people any times, due to the defects of the body, disabled children and normal children in all aspects have big difference, only education can reduce the distance with normal children. But fact in modern country consist many problems, impact on the development of disabled children seriously. Social work is a professional activity of helping others, through the service, helping it can help others to improve individual and group relationships.Disabled children as the weakness of the disadvantaged groups, requiring help of social work involved.The paper mainly studies the education of disabled children education, the writer mainly from the school students, teachers, school management, teaching researches, using questionnaire and interview method to investigate and understand Hohhot special school. According to the mentioned, it is concluded that the school have a lot of improvement in all aspects, but there are many problems to be solved. The most prominent and the main problems have a low level of overall accept education for disabled children; School compulsory phase education level is low; there are a lot of problems, The writer as a role of social worker to analyze the importance of social work intervention to the disabled education, social work intervention plays a good role in the disabled education. The social workers carry out the helping activities, having performance methods to help people out of the difficulties. In this article, the author respectively use the method of case social work, group social work and community social work methods, students of special schools in Hohhot for director involved in education, having a good results, again proving the feasibility of social work in education for disabled children field.At the same time, for the social work intervention education for disabled children provides a good reference.This article also from the social work intervention in disabled children education related social policy. First of all, the theory of social work intervention to analyze the in disabled children education is analyzed, in fact, guided by the theory of social work through in the process of social work to handle the problem. Secondly, mainly from the social work to intervention in disabled children education social policy formulation, implementation and evaluation of three aspects introduced the general process of intervention of social work education for disabled children. Then, This article from the function of resource integration of social work consider in the role of education of disabled children. Social work involvement provides social policy to some feasible suggestions.
