During the development of education,the quality-oriented education has become the key part of current educational procession.The development of art education is also an important part of the concept of quality education.The education of fine art is not only improving students' abilities of drawing,aesthetic perceptions and appreciations but also helping them to build their mental health development.A healthy mental means a person who is able to have a fine intelligent,the awareness of his behaviors,an independent personality,a positive life attitude and who is capable of building the relationship with others which meets the appropriated behaviors of his age bracket.Mental health should be one of the essential requirements of us.However,nowadays,the primary students are facing the mental issues from schools,families societies and other different perspectives.Gradually,these issues are becoming the main problems of academic circles.If we are unable to fix these issues without delay,it may cause the problems of students who easily skip classes and have weakness will very soon.In order to improve primary school students' mental health efficiently,to help them to grow up happily,the author has studied and explored the relationship of fine art education and mental health development of primary school students.The targets of this subjects are primary school students who are mental or physical disabled.This project involves fine art,pedagogy,psychology,sociology,information from other fields and combined a research as reference.The research is about the Intelligent school which located at Helping district,Shenyang,took a semester to educate fine arts to student who are mental or physical disabled.Through the whole semester of fine arts courses,the author had been experienced from being the strangers to the students to got to familiar with them and finally got along with them,even more,from the beginning of teaching them professional painting skills patiently to completed the self-designed topic if ‘Guandong Snowscape'.By the experience through the whole research,the author divided it into three parts which are the beginning,the mid-term and the final.The author analyzed the results and found that by doing this field practice,this particular group of students are becoming more positive,optimisticand more and more like to communicate with others genuinely and open their minds.Thus,it can be seen that the education of fine arts improved children's health andmental developments.Meanwhile,the reason why the author doing this research is that this particular group of students need more attentions not only by charities but also they eager someone who can help them from their inner world.More or less,the author wish educators who also work for fine arts fields could get some inspirations from this research paper and creating more artistic educational methods and art courses to meliorate mental health for children who have mental or physical issues.
