College students employment difficult problem has become a topic of common concern.In the context of the overall employment situation of college students, the employment situation is not optimistic. Music major as a professional discipline, there is also a great employment pressure in employment.The author, as a student at the Inner Mongolia Normal University School of music, believes that it is necessary to investigate the current music professional students. Employment awareness is the university students in the university study phase, the control of their actions with a certain desire and employment purposes,It is the college students in life, learning, work in the process of things to adapt to the ability to judge the ability to work, the ability to use a reasonable scientific knowledge, technical skills to achieve the purpose of employment, such as the ability to sum up.In the preliminary investigation of the big four graduates found that 80% of the students have no intention of employment,the understanding of employment cognition is not comprehensive enough. Thus, music professional college students employment cognition is very important to their ability to obtain employment and to realize their own employment value.So how do you stand out in the graduation season, you need music professional students should establish a sense of employment before graduation.The author in the early investigation of the big four graduates found.Although some students have a certain understanding of employment cognition, it is not fully understood. To strengthen employment cognition in or is about to leave the school after leaving, for the graduates' employment and no obvious benefits.The author thinks that the employment cognition should be carried out from the lower grade of the University.Students to the employment of cognitive, employment, their own, society for a comprehensive understanding, making the big four in the job to find a job is not panic and confusion.The author believes that employment cognition is divided into three parts, the cognition of employment information, the ability of self and the cognition of the society.So the author of the 2014 level and 2015 undergraduate students in Inner Mongolia Normal University, the current situation of employment cognition.According to the students themselves and school education, the students on the music of the two aspects of the analysis and research.Survey of current situation of employment cognition, from the cognition of employment, such as: the demand of employment, policy, approach, and so on, the cognition of self employment ability,Such as: the school of professional, school courses, as well as the use of students in practice, etc..As well as the cognition of the society, such as: the position of employment in the society, reputation and other three aspects of the investigation.So that music professional students, although the three aspects of a certain understanding, but not comprehensive.Comparative analysis of the results of the survey results of horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of the ethnic and gender differences in the present problems,and summarize the factors that affect the current situation of students' employment cognition of music majors.
