Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 mode is the extension mode of vocational school, so called college education based on junior high school. It is the crucial part of higher education in China. Taking segment learning as core, after three years of study, students take the final examinations run by higher vocational colleges which have cooperation with their vocational school. Those who pass, continue learning in higher institutions, and ultimately get the qualifications.The reason why author took Inner Mongolia as well as 3+2 mode of higher vocational education as breakthrough points is that as minority region in western China, Inner Mongolia has a great potential in Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 mode development. What ' s more, this type of mode provides advanced significance for professional skills and training of technical personnel.At present, Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 mode is beginning to take shape. In the year of 2015, the planned enrollment of Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 mode in Inner Mongolia is 18797 students, in which 18110 within Inner Mongolia. Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 mode is widely spread in many majors in many colleges in east, middle and west part of Inner Mongolia such as Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational Technical College, Inner Mongolia business vocational college. In students enrollment in 3+2 mode, therefore, "responsible for colleges, supervision of admissions system was implemented, institutionalization and standardization of" sunshine recruit students " were well promoted. In 2013, Inner Mongolia introduced a new five-year vocational(3 + 2) enrollment suggestions to provide specific opinions for the implementation of the Mongolian teaching five years system higher vocational education(3 + 2) candidates reported to the Chinese teaching of five-year higher vocational(3 + 2) in order to furtherexpand the minority students in Higher Vocational Education 3 + 2 pattern learning channels.In this paper, the 3+2 model of Higher Vocational Education in Inner Mongolia area was taken as the theme, case analysis, questionnaire survey and field survey were used as the main methods, higher Vocational Education3 + 2 mode was thoroughly analyzed. There are six problems in the 3+2model of Higher Vocational Education in Inner Mongolia area through the investigation: administrative co-ordination of education sector is weak, higher and vocational education In the 3+2 education mode is not close,Management issues are obvious, Teachers ' teams are need to be further strengthened, Difficulties of school enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study, no establishment of an effective evaluation system of technical personnel training quality. Aiming at the problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems. First, education authorities are supposed to effectively strengthen the overall guidance, the overall planning of Higher Vocational Education in Inner Mongolia area 3+2model development; Second, the establishment of the long-term mechanism of the convergence of Higher Vocational Education should be implemented;Third, to improve the management of 3+2 mode of higher vocational education according to local conditions; Forth, to effectively strengthen the construction of teaching staff; Fifth, to break through the bottleneck of school enterprise cooperation and combination of study and work; Sixth, to promote comprehensive establishment of technical personnel training quality evaluation system. This research was completed with the analysis above to seek the solutions for bottleneck for the Inner Mongolia area model of higher occupation education 3+2 as well as to explore the 3+2 mode of education in minority areas way.
