Practical Research On Professional Multimedia Technology Of The Extracurricular Activities Development

At present, the country vigorously develops vocational education, which leads to education levels rising steadily of secondary vocational schools driven by the central and local policy. But there are also some problems that people neglect, especially when the students' comprehensive sustainable development still needs further exploration. It is a common phenomenon that the cultivation of students professional skills and comprehensive quality is unbalanced. The schools pay more attention to the students' professional skills while ignore the cultivation of the professional comprehensive qualities, personal accomplishment aspects such as inadequate investment, limiting the sustainable development of students. It also makes students' career development power insufficient so they can't be really effective for business use. In this case, the occurrence of the extracurricular activities can effectively make up for the defects. The extracurricular activities has played an important role to develop students' professional knowledge as well as improve students' comprehensive vocational ability and personal accomplishment, which the first class teaching form and content cannot reach. Ningxia, which has a long history of the Hui nationality, is a multi-ethnic settlements. Its native culture development of the course provides rich resources. Combining the teaching resources with the development of the extracurricular activities is not only beneficial to improving students of belonging, recognition and respect of local culture but also highlight the characteristics of vocational education. It makes local cultural heritage develop and innovate to realize the unity of the vocational education, the local economic and social development needs.In view of this situation, this paper will take Ningxia voca tional and technical college of industry and commerce(hereinafter referred to the "industrial and commercial college in Ningxia") as an example and collect the related data of Ningxia Hui native culture, combining multimedia technology and the characteris tics of students, the Helan mountain rock paintings, the Hui nationality clothing and diet. And this paper will integrate the local culture of Hui nationality of multimedia technology to develop the extracurricular activities, through the connotation of the second classroom, penetration, linear and integration. It puts forward the concrete implementation plan of the native culture of Hui nationality blending the multimedia technology. The feasibility of the scheme will be briefly reviewed in this paper as well, hoping to carry forward the native culture of Hui nationality, develop the vocational extracurricular activities and achieve the effect of vocational students' comprehensive development.
