The Problems Existed And Countermeasures Analyzed In Ideological And Political Self-education

The development and change of a matter is the result of external and internal causes.So the university students' development and change of the ideology and morality is the same.Ideological and political education is the external cause,and the ideological and political self-education is the internal cause.In order to increase the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,it is important to promote college students to educate themselves.The thesis mainly consists of four parts.The first part discusses the correlated concepts and their characteristics.The concept of ideological and political self-education used in the thesis is:under the influence of ideological and political education,the educatee initiatively responds to the educational objectives on the basis of his personal ethical standards and his self moral need so as to reach the educational aim.The second part is about the related college students' ideological and political self-educational theories,such as Marxist subjectivity theory,the Confucian cultivation of one' s moral character and Sukhomlinskii's self-teaching thought.The third part analyzes the problems in ideological and political self-education from educatee,educator,educational method and educational environment.The problems in the educatee are in value identification of the educational content,power impetus of self-education and self-education ability.The problems in the educator consist of old-fashioned educational view and limited educational ability.A few social activities and educational methods are the problems in educational method.In educational environment,there are unconventional we media,unhealthy educational atmosphere and low group identity.The forth part tries to put forward 3 countermeasures to solve the problems above:to improve colleges' subjectivity;to optimize ideological and political self-educational atmosphere;to enhance the educational ability of educatee.In a word,to increase the efficiency of college ideological and political education,we should be problem-oriented.The thesis is based on questionnaire survey and visiting study,then discuss the reasons why the ideological and political self-education is unsuccessful.At last,put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in order to increase the efficiency of college ideological and political self-education.
