Since the 21 st century, with the development of a new round of basic education curriculum reform and teacher education reform in our country, the teacher education is the main concern in education field. Improving teachers' professional quality and promoting teachers' professional development have raised a hot debate in the field of education. Only the quality of teachers overall being increased can we push the progress and development of Chinese education. In the new background,primary school education undergraduate professional under arises at the historic moment. However, Primary school education undergraduate professional, in the field of teacher education in our country time start late. The training object, curriculum arrangement, curriculum implementation work and curriculum assessment is still in the stage of exploration and experiment. Primary school education professional talent training is the core of curriculum construction, the current the enormity of the task before us is to build the based education to adapt to the current development of primary school education undergraduate professional course system.Teaching expertise theory has become a new theory in education field since the 1980 s, which is the core of teacher professional development theory, although it has many drawbacks. But in the course of a long period of development, we have drawn lessons from the theory. Therefore we use the teaching expertise development theory as the theoretical basis for primary school education professional courses, from the perspective of teaching expertise in development of primary school education.Based on the case study, selected an ordinary primary education school as the case, use qualitative research methods such as interviews?observations?document analysis to gather information, trying to render the true state for the problem in the curriculum arrangement, and analysis causes and influencing factors. On this basis, we put forward some recommendations.Through the collection and analysis, we found that primary school curriculum mainly include the following three aspects: First, cultivating professional knowledge courses, mainly include subject professional basic course of classes, lack of systematic, less old, poor practicability, time allocation is unreasonable; Teacher education curriculum gradually be taken seriously, to open type is relatively complete, the proportion of individual courses is less, the employment of the baton command, teacher education curriculum has increasingly become the tools of the exam; Single structure, curriculum education classes, half the humanities and social sciences courses, it is difficult to cultivate a pre-service elementary school teacher with it workforce. Second to train professional ability of curriculum, mainly professional practice arrangement in the practical course of short time, very focused, practice many times superficial; Between theory teaching and practice teaching, the lack of scientific evaluation system; Three is about the course of cultivating professional spirit, ethics courses are scarce, the cultivation of the professional spirit, soft environment on campus.The study found that the reason for the case school curriculum problems mainly include four aspects: one, the theory of curriculum structure; Two, light practice course; Three, lack of curriculum resources, form a single, Fourth, the limit of teacherAccording to the research conclusion, we suggest that: first, learn expertise theoretical knowledge structure integration content diversity. Have training and learning, emphasizing students' construction of knowledge system. Three, improve courses to strengthen elementary education practice. Four, Germany has specialized in course education spirit.
