Personalized teaching pay more attention to the training for the students' personality and pay attention to the students and the hexagrams initiative. Focus on high school ideological and political education practice for students of the mind, through education practice guidance to discover students' individual potential, inspired by ideology of the formation of scientific way of thinking, to guide their practice ability, the formation of good moral character and behavior habits, lay a good foundation for future study and life. Research mainly divided into five aspects, this paper firstly summarizes research on domestic and foreign personalized content, personalized education at the present stage at home and abroad for reference, the practical experience. Secondly, starting from the concept and the connotation of individualized education, deeply analyze the key elements of the individualized education. Again, for lack of personalized teaching high school ideological and political education in our country's present situation analysis, found some problems of the individualized education. At the same time, the depth of the interpretation of the causes of the lack of personalized teaching. Finally, the personalized high school ideological and political teaching practice put forward the feasible education countermeasures. Through individual education promotes high school ideological and political education practice ability, for the development of personalized student made important exploration and research.
