Classical poetry is our Chinese nation for thousands of years to spread down the "bright pearl",the teaching of ancient poetry in middle school has an extremely far-reaching significance in improving the comprehensive quality of students.But in the junior middle school Chinese teaching,the ancient poetry is a kind of style which is more difficult to teach,there are many problems in the practical teaching process.such as: lay stress on language teaching,despise chant reading;pay attention to rational analysis, despise cultural aesthetic, and so on.This requires us to have a reflection on the status quo of the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,in order to explore more scientific and effective teaching methods of classical poetry.This paper mainly discusses the dilemma, way out and reform of the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school under the new curriculum standard.the purpose is to effectively solve the problems in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry teaching in junior high school,try to provide an effective solution to the junior high school Chinese language teachers "how to teach" and students "how to learn".The main body of this paper is composed of three chapters:the first chapter mainly from "why teach" "teach what" "how to teach" three dimensions analysis of the present situation of Chinese ancient poetry teaching in junior high school;the second chapter mainly presents the junior middle school Chinese classical poetry teaching plight lies mainly in cultivating students' real reading ability;at the end of the chapter from "humanities oriented value orientation" "in order to reform the teaching method as the basic way" "to change the evaluation method oriented" three levels, further put forward specific reform ideas.
