Research On Teachers' Teaching Ability Construction Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Colleges And Universities

The teaching of Ideological and political theory course is the main position for the Party and the state to carry out socialist education,and it is also the main channel for college students to baptize Marxist theory.Whether college students can establish Marxist world outlook,outlook on life and values is crucial to the realization of the great rejuvenation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an educator,the teachers of Ideological and political theory course are in the leading position.They are the key figures in the education of Marxist theory for college students and the solid arm on the road of College Students' adult development.Because the teaching effect of Ideological and political theory teachers depends on the level of teachers' teaching ability,so we must improve teaching ability,in order to achieve the fundamental task of "building morality and cultivating people".Therefore,how to improve the teaching ability of Ideological and political theory teachers is the most important part of this study.On the basis of reading a large number of documents and materials,and combining with the actual situation,this paper makes an analysis and summary of the teaching capacity building path of the ideological and political theory teachers.The paper is divided into four parts:The first is the introduction.The introduction is mainly to understand the current situation of teachers' teaching ability construction in Ideological and political theory course,as well as the significance,train of thought,key and difficult points of the research through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature.Chapter 1: The problems related to the teaching ability of teachers in Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities.This part includes three questions,namely,the meaning of teachers in Ideological and political theory course,the definition of teachers' teaching ability and the teaching ability of teachers in Ideological and political theory course.The key content of this part is the composition of the teaching ability of the ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities,which points out the direction for teachers to improve their teaching ability.Chapter II: The main basis and significance of the construction of teaching ability of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.This part includes two aspects.The first is the theoretical and practical basis for the construction of teaching ability of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.The theoretical basis includes competency-based theory,teacher competency theory,teacher competency theory,relevant national policies,laws and regulations;the realistic basis is the existing problems.Secondly,the significance,mainly from the perspective of College students,teachers and the state to illustrate the role of improving teaching ability.Chapter III: Effective ways to build teaching ability of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.There are three main paths: one is to improve teachers' self-teaching ability;the other is to innovate organizational training system and mechanism;and the third is to promote the professional development of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.These three paths complement each other,promote each other,and jointly promote the improvement of teaching ability.
