Research On Ideological And Political Educationdiscourse Optimization Of College Counselors From The Perspective Of Social Media

Youth is the hope and future of the motherland.Young college students in the "jointing and booting period" need to be carefully guided and nurtured.College counselors are at the forefront of Ideological and political education,the closest to students,and the most contacted with students.They are the irreplaceable force to help students "button the first button of life".How the ideological and political education discourse ability of college counselors determines the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in Colleges and universities.Withthe rapid development of socialmedia,College counselors' ideological and political education discourse is facing many opportunities and challenges.Adapting to the social media environment has become an important topic for counselors' ideological and political education discourse development.This paper studies the ideological and political education discourse of college counselors from the perspective of social media.The paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which combs the views of social media and ideological and political education discourse connotation,dilemma and path of College Counselors in order to lay the foundation for the writing of this article.The second part defines the relevant concepts and characteristics of social media and ideological and political education discourse of College counselors,and explores the composition of Ideological and political education discourse of College counselors.The third part clarifies that Marxist linguistic thought,ideological and behavioral theory in Ideological and political education are the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education discourse research.Social interaction theory,dialogue theory and power discourse theory are theoretical references for ideological and political education discourse research of counselors.The fourth part analyses the discourse dilemma faced by counselors' ideological and political education discourse under the social media environment,such as pluralistic discourse context,declining discourse power,discourse communication blockade,and discourse translation difficulties,and analyzes the causes of the dilemma.Finally,in view of this situation,put forward countermeasures.This part is also the focus of this paper,through enriching discourse content,improving media literacy,renewing discourse ideas,and enhancing discourse translation ability to achieve the promotion and innovation of Ideological and political education discourse ability of counselors.
