Study On The Adaptation And Social Work Intervention Of The Minority Nationality Freshmen In Normal University

Because of the differences of growth environment in minority students,they can not adapt to the phenomenon,which is directly related to learning in across-cultural environment.It will impact the ability of minority students to adapt to future development,and the quality of the whole talent school culture,it is also related to the prosperity and stability of ethnic areas.Comprehensive exploration of higher normal minority freshmen learn to adapt to the situation,analysis and acclimation to difficulties with multi angle.In this paper,four normal university minority students regard as the research object,we design the questionnaire with statistical methods.Using empirical research methods to analyze the learning adaptation of ethnic minorities in different status variables(gender,school,professional,whether for free normal school students,family residence).On the main problems of learning adaptation of the minority nationalities,Including the lack of effective learning methods;do not interested in their own learning;can not keep up with the teacher's progress;learning motivation is not clear;the lack of good interpersonal relationships;diet and climate is not adapted to,etc.Exploring the influence of educational methods,interpersonal relationship,learning method,learning attitude,learning motivation and life style on the learning adaptability of the minority nationality students.Based on the analysis of social work intervention minority Freshmen's learning adaptability problems of the necessity and advantage of and evaluate the minority students to learn to adapt to the demand,carry out social work intervention experiment and practice intervention with social work theory and group work and learning adaptation should be difficult for minority students in diagnosis,treatment.Comprehensive exploration of Higher Normal Colleges in minority nationality college freshmen to learn to adapt to the situation,multi angle analysis to difficulties arising in the process,to arouse the attention of school and society,for this group learning to adapt to the new solution to provide experience and help minority students adapt to college life as soon as possible,rich in our country at present,the problem of minority college students in learning.
