A Study On Reform And Development Of The Self-taught Higher Education Examination In Inner Mongolia

The Higher Education Examination for the Self-taught (HEEST) was initiated in 1985 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (IMAR), the HEEST had achieved fruitful results and fostered specialized experts and genius in IMAR. And it not only boost the vigor of the higher education in IMAR, also made great contribution to the development in the field of the society and economy. However it is the change of the environment, the impact of the various form of the educations and the problem of HEEST that drive the number of the recruitment off the cliff, thus it's influence has dedicated to the regular development of the HEEST in IMAR.In our research, we gathered and categorized all the profiles in the process of IMAR in past years, and we analysised the current situation, delemma, and it's causes based on the statistics and comparisons. We recommend several feasible solutions upon the nowaday's policy and demand of the HEEST.The whole passage was divided into 5 parts:Previously, we composed the article with 5 divisions, based on the situation of HEEST in the field of the research meaning and background. Thus eventually the summarize was conducted in the methods and cogitation.Additionally, the path of the history and reform of HEEST in IMAR was outlined into 3 periods by it's content:the period of surging stably; the age of regulations and reforms; the era of hope and the horizon on the basis of the summarization in each stages.Tertiarily, the situation of the HEEST in Inner Mongolia was analysised and summarized by statistics and the methodology, then the delemma was concluded in the path of the IMAR. As a result, the courses were concluded in the level of the micro, meso, and macro.Fourthly, the recommendations upon the HEEST in Inner Mongolia. All the recommendations was extracted from the macro policy, the meso system of HEEST and the micro thoughts.Finally, the disadvantages and viewpoint were concluded. The prediction for HEEST in IMAR is:it stretch towards the form of non-degree, the region of rural area, the clenching with other form of the education.
