Military Veterans carders are a special group of old people.Within the establishment of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs,some provinces in China advocates social workers to intervene in the field of retired veteran service on the basis of the original service that veteran bureau provided,which can strongly support the veteran bureau to help the Retired veteran cadres integrate into the local community and relive the pressure of the Retired veteran cadres.The main force of military rest service is the employee of the organization.The retired veteran cadres have a strong military plot.They not only pay attention to national political affairs and major issues,but also demand behavior of themselves.The mood changes of staffs in the veteran bureau will cause a direct impact on the service they provide and the Retired veteran cadres which will reduce the work efficiency.Therefore,social workers must deliver effective interventions to manage staffs' mood.Lu Hong is an earlier established veteran bureau.The survey indicates that the staff of Lu Hong veteran bureau has some problems,including the lack of the personal identity and the sense of belonging,the de-normalized of the mood guidance system,the lack of mood management mechanism in the Human resources department.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the sense of identity and belonging of the staff from multidimensional ascension,reconstruct scientific and reasonable mood guidance system,optimize the cognitive orientation of staffs' emotional management and construct scientifically reasonable human resource management system to solve these existing problems.Through participatory observation,we can find that guided by psychology and geriatric social work and so on,social workers can not only provide direct services but indirect services to the Retired veteran cadres to relive the pressure of the aging Retired veteran cadres.
