The college entrance examination is the selection examination to test whether students have the conditions of accessing to higher education.Therefore, the college entrance examination in addition to focus on the basic knowledge of the students, meanwhile, it pays more attention to the candidates of the discipline and the spirit of the subject. College entrance examination can also give guidance and feedback for teaching activities, studies for the college entrance examination questions can make important significance for implementation of the new curriculum reform, develop and improve the personal qualities of teachers while promote the teaching activities.As one of the autonomous regions provinces of the college entrance examination, the Tianjin college entrance examination question has its own study value. In 2009, Tianjin ushered in the first college entrance examination after the reform of the new curriculum. Under the background of the new curriculum, this article embarks from the Tianjin biological sciences college entrance examination proposition, according to exam outline and curriculum standard, compile the preparation of biology in the university entrance exam two-way breakdown table. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the exam objectives and the curriculum objectives combined with literature data and existing statistical data analysis and evaluation on 2009-2015 Tianjin college entrance examination of biology. On the whole, Tianjin biological college entrance examination questions which are under the background of the new curriculum reflect the specific requirements of the curriculum standards and syllabus. The questions are conducive to the implementation of the curriculum under the background of the new curriculum, and have a positive guiding role the middle school biology teaching and the teaching reform.Specifically, the questions focus on testing the basic knowledge and basicskills while strengthening testing the cell structure, cellular metabolism,genetic basic law, animal genetic regulation of life activities, genetic engineering and other main knowledge, the questions which relates to "the double foundation" of the test content account for more than 65%;the questions contains novel test scenarios, wide range of materials and graphic combination to test students' ability to access to information; the questions also reflected the characteristics of biology and the requirements of the new curriculum, the contents which involved experiments and exploring ability account for 13.66% of the exam scores; the questions closely linked to our life,highlighting the times and biological characteristics, reflected the idea of STS,and examine the ability of students to solve some practical problems in the natural and social life with the comprehensive use of the knowledge.By discussing the Tianjin college entrance examination of biology characteristics,this essay puts forward suggestions on the biology teaching of middle school and college entrance examination review. In teaching:(1)Strengthening the teaching of formation process of the biological concept formation, and pay attention to improve students' comprehension ability.(2)Paying more attention to situational teaching to enhance students' ability to obtain information.(3)Strengthening the experimental teaching to enhance the students' ability to experiment and explore.(4)Strengthening knowledge transfer to enhance the ability of comprehensive application. In the review of the college entrance examination:(1)Taking the "exam description" as the key link to effectively return to teaching materials.(2)Constructing the biology knowledge network and design science review steps.(3)Firmly back to the basics, to play a "typical example" effect.(4)Pay attention to the application of knowledge transfer, to solve practical problems.(5)Strengthening the integration of experiment review, and regard the experiment exploring ability.
