A Study On Junior High School Students' Consciousness Of Constitution And It's Cultivating

The development of our legal society requires people that they should know,understand,obey, and use it well.In fact, the only contact in the daily life of the law is closely related to our life, the Constitution as "law of the law", should be more concerned about. However, the disseminate knowledge about the Constitution and its cultivation of the consciousness of the status is not satisfactory. Previous studies were more concerned with awareness of the Constitution theory and cultivating the Constitution awareness of college students and other adults, this paper focuses on the cultivation path of junior high school students ' consciousness of Constitution issues.Junior high school students,as the qualified citizens of the State and society, are the next Community Builders.They have poor knowledge of the Constitution and their constitutional awareness is relatively weak. Ego high as junior development stages and Outlook on life, values, worldview formation of initial stage and advised to focus on cultivating the Constitution awareness of junior high school students, and lay a solid foundation for further study. Article by literature analysis, questionnaire surveys and interviews, in accordance with the Constitution, and Constitution Constitution of cognition, emotion, the Constitution will all three levels, from the knowledge of the Constitution and constitutional philosophy, constitutional functions of the understanding, awareness of fundamental rights and constitutional evaluation of five,an investigation of the present situation of junior high school students ' consciousness of Constitution.
