The Strategy Research On The Cultivation Of Junior Middle School Students Constitution Consciousness

The fourth plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee put forward the rule of law,marking the progress of the construction of democracy and rule of law.The 19 th National Congress further proposed that we should increase the efforts of popularizing the law,establish the supremacy of the Constitution and law,and build a socialist culture of the rule of law.Rule of law is inseparable from the rule of law personnel training into the national education system,can better help young people firmly build the foundation of the rule of law awareness.As is known to all,the constitution is the fundamental law of the country,with the highest legal status,legal authority and legal effect.Therefore,the fourth plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee also put forward the request to carry out the constitution education and carry forward the constitution spirit in the whole society.As the importance of ruling the country by law becomes more and more important,the work of integrating rule of law education into all stages of school education has been carried out gradually.The seventh five-year plan for popularizing the law has formulated and implemented a legal education program for young people with constitutional education at its core,putting into practice the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee.The outline of legal education for the youth points out that the youth are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Strengthening the education of the rule of law for young people,enabling the majority of young students to establish the concept of the rule of law from an early age,and to develop the habits of thinking and behavior of conscientiously abiding by the law,seeking the law in case of emergency and relying on the law to solve problems,is the basic project for comprehensively running the country in accordance with the law and speeding up the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,this is a problem worthy of study.This article consists of the following five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.This part first elaborates the background and significance of this thesis,and then combs the related research on the cultivation of junior middle school students’ constitutional consciousness at home and abroad as well as the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories.On the basis of defining the concept of the cultivation of junior middle school students’ constitutional consciousness,this paper further expounds the main features of the cultivation of junior middle school students’ constitutional consciousness,and then analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of junior middle school students’ constitutional consciousness.The third chapter is the status quo investigation.The author makes use of the resources around him,carries on the questionnaire survey to the students of four middle schools in Sichuan and Chongqing areas,and obtains the first-hand data through the questionnaire,summing up the achievements made by junior middle school students in the cultivation of constitutional awareness in three aspects: the perception of the supremacy of the Constitution,the concept of rights and obligations,and the people’s sense of sovereignty,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of constitution consciousness of junior middle school students from the perspectives of teachers,schools and society.The fourth chapter is the reason analysis.This chapter analyzes and summarizes the reasons why junior high school students lack of awareness of the constitution.According to the analysis of the data collected,the main reasons are as follows: Some teachers’ comprehensive quality need to be improved,the way of cultivating constitutional consciousness in schools is not good,and the propaganda of social constitutional consciousness is not enough.The fifth chapter is the strategy exploration,in view of the junior middle school student constitution consciousness cultivation existence question,proposes the targeted countermeasure from three aspects,they are teachers to enhance the ability to cultivate the awareness of the constitution,schools to develop the resources to cultivate the awareness of the constitution,and the society to strengthen the publicity of the awareness of the Constitution.Through the above strategies,in order to provide a certain train of thought for the junior high school student’s constitution consciousness cultivation.
