A Comparative Study On The Development Of National Youth Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Jiangxi And Guangdong Provinces

This study is based on a phased comparative study of the national youth campus football characteristic schools(hereinafter referred to as "football characteristic schools ")selected by Jiangxi Province and Guangdong Province in2015-2017.A sample of 12 national youth campus football characteristic schools were investigated in each province.The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the problems and difficulties encountered in carrying out campus football activities in the two provinces,and to provide accurate basis for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of campus football.Using literature,questionnaire,interview,observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods to conduct a comparative study of provincial youth campus football schools in Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces,draw the following conclusions:Development status: Since 2015,the system of campus football work in china has been basically built and perfected,and the ability of governance has been continuously improved,and the road of campus football has achieved great results.The selection of special schools in Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces has achieved results and the number has begun to take shape.Jiangxi Province has initially built a four-level competition system for small,early,high and u-niversity,and the youth campus football work has made great progress.The popularization of campus football in Guangdong Province has achieved remarkable results,which has initially formed the development path of campus football with Guangdong characteristics.Comparative studies:(1)In terms of organization and leadership,both provinces can incorporate campus football into the school development plan and annual work plan and strictly implement it,but Guangdong Province is relatively perfect in the construction of various systems.(2)In terms of conditions guarantee,there are great differences in teachers and funds between the two provinces,and the teachers and teachers of the national football characteristic schools in Guangdong Province have higher professional level,better qualifications and more sufficient funds,and the problems of insufficient venues and equipment facilities are not very significant,which can basically meet the needs of campus football development.(3)In the aspect of education and teaching,thework of Jiangxi Province in football teaching is not as solid as that of Guangdong Province,and the work requirements of "implementing opinions" are no-twell implemented,and there is still room for improvement in classroom football teaching and football culture propaganda.(4)In terms of training and com-petition,Guangdong Province pays more attention to the construction of womens football team than Jiangxi Province,and also pays more attention to hiring professional coaches outside the school to guide the training of the school football team.The number of competitions and the chances of participating in the competition are more.(5)In terms of supporting students' development,the characteristic schools of the two provinces basically hold a positive attitude of support,but most characteristic schools have not yet done so in conveying outstanding talents to higher level characteristic schools or excellent football tea-ms.Problems exist: In terms of common problems,there are still some problems,such as teachers' shortage,campus football teaching ability need to be improved,competition system "polarization ",access to education is not smooth,policy implementation needs to be strengthened,formalism,regional development imbalance and so on.In terms of personality problems,there are still some problems in the development of campus football in Jiangxi Province,such as the lack of solid foundation,insufficient motivation,not fast enough development,and the lack of obvious characteristics.The comprehensive education function of campus football in Guangdong Province has not been fully displayed,and there is still a certain deviation in the understanding of campus football by relevant personnel,which has not yet formed a joint force.Development recommendations: Improve the toplevel design,improve the legal system;multifinancing investment to ensure funding venues;improve the competition system,improve the level of sports;smooth development channels,encourage multiparticipation;pay close attention to internal construction,improve the quality of training;pay attention to media publicity,create a cultural at mosphere;give play to social forces,cooperation to build win-win.
