Junior school period is an important period of physical and mental development of the individual life.The parenthood relationship of junior school students is very important to their physical and mental health, difference exists between different parenthood relationship and influence on the junior school students, the study found that there is a significant relationship between parenthood conflict and junior school students' problem behavior, sexual behavior, drug abuse, crime.Improving parenthood relationship can reduce the problem behavior of junior school students; it can solve the problem behavior of junior school students; it is conducive to the development of junior school students' physical and mental health.Expressive writing is a way to express and disclose the feelings and thoughts related to their important experiences, so as to promote the physical and mental health of individuals. At present, the research on writing expression is mainly concentrated in foreign countries, and there are relatively few in China. Therefore, writing expression technology to improve junior school students of the parenthood relationship, reduce problem behaviors,in a certain extent can rich writing technology of the localization research; on the other hand, can provide new ideas and methods for the improvement of parentage of junior school students, reduce problem behavior.In this study, the experimental group control group was used to test before and after. The students at the Junior School of Hong Jie were the subjects.Mainly uses experimental method, literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method,statistical method and case study. Using independent samples T test and paired samples T test were used for statistical analysis of data, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Four days consecutive classic expressive writing, and 30 minutes a day intervention can significantly improve the parenthood relationship of junior school students, and reduce the problem behavior.(2) According to the classic expressive writing, the parenthood relationship expressive writing intervention can significantly improve the parenthood relationship and reduce the problem behavior.(3) Different(trauma,positive)written theme intervention had no significant difference, both trauma or positive theme has a significant improvement in the junior school students of the parenthood relationship and reducing the problem behavior.(4) Through case study, it is found that there is a different type of parenthood in each family, and everyone's harvest from the expressive writing is different.
