Classroom is the main station of education and teaching.Good classroom order is an important guarantee to enhance the teaching quality and efficiency and facilitate the the overall development of students.Junior high school students are in the stage of adolescent rebellion,and the characteristics of physical and mental development make junior high school students more prone to problem behavior in the classroom.Classroom problem behavior has become one of the most representative educational problems in junior high school classroom management.With the deepening of curriculum reform and educational philosophy in the new era,students are given more autonomy.However,the classroom problem behaviors of junior high school students have not been effectively solved.which seriously hinders the orderly progress of the classroom and the construction of harmony proposed by the new curriculum reform.The teacher-student relationship and the realization of the goal of promoting the all-round development of students.If the classroom problem behavior is not handled correctly,it will disturb the classroom order,cause the teacher-student conflict,and hinder the student body and mind development.Therefore,it is necessary and valuable to study the classroom behavior management of junior high school students.To understand the status quo of the problem behaviors of junior high school students,find out the reasons behind the behaviors,and put forward effective coping strategies.This study selected the inter-subjective education and behavior correction as the theoretical basis,and basis on the application of literature analysis method to review the research status at home and abroad,independently compiled the questionnaire and interview outline of junior high school students' classroom problem behavior.A total of 925 questionnaires were distributed to students from 2 rural junior middle schools and 2 urban junior middle schools in Liaoning Province.Through the analysis of students' questionnaire,the present situation and existing problems of junior high school students' classroom problem behaviors can be understood.Randomly select 6 teachers and 6 students from the 4 above-mentioned junior high schools to conduct interviews to explore the causes of classroom problem behaviors of junior high school students,and on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for management of classroom problem behaviors of junior high school students.Through the questionnaire investigation,we found that the problem behavior of junior high school students in the classroom is universal,but the frequency of the problem behavior will decrease with the increase of the severity of the problem behavior,moreover,there are significant differences in the occurrence of classroom problem behaviors in terms of gender,grade and school area.In view of the present situation of classroom problem behavior in junior high school,the author conducted interviews with teachers and students.Based on the results of interviews,summarized the following causes of classroom problem behavior: The first is the influence of backward educational ideas and rigid school organizational system on the part of school.The second is the influence of improper management,poor teaching ability and insufficient professional quality on the part of teachers.The third is the influence of junior high school students' physical and mental development characteristics,individual development differences and needs can't be met.The fourth is the environment,the impact of insufficient construction and management in the classroom environment,family environment,and social environment.In view of the above reasons,this study puts forward the following countermeasures: practice the advanced educational concept,improve the school organization system;renew the classroom management methods,create a cooperative disciplinary model;improve teachers' teaching ability,optimize the classroom teaching effects;use appreciation education to cultivate students' consciousness of self-management;strengthen the construction of multi-faceted education environment to form the educational synergy.
