Having knowledge on English language plays a very important role in development and foreign affairs of any country, as well as, it enables us to go side by side together with weird things, news and information of the world. For this reason everyone strives for learning the language within a short time giving all his or her efforts in order to be capable to speak the language well enough wherever he or she goes. Hence, a requirement on proper and efficient English training emerges. It's inevitable here to mention active training approaches designed for giving efficient English classes in accordance with desire and needs of mastering the language. Within the scope of the objective to study approaches designed for making English training more interesting and effective I got familiar with study and researches of scientists conducted on theory and methodology of training, as well as, active training, and selected effective methods that can be used for English classes. For the purpose of enhancing output of classes in an interesting and funny way I studied game methods, as well as, approaches designed for developing creative thinking in order to eliminate spoon-fed education, improve English knowledge and provide profound knowledge thereof.Prior to experimental study it's possible to conduct typical survey designed for determining learning approaches of middle-school students, and select suitable type of game approach based on their learning approaches, which can be used for training. A survey was conducted on class approaches being used by foreign language teachers of a secondary school in Darkhan town. Target of the survey was 7th and 9th grade students of state and private secondary schools of Darkhan town. It was observed that secondary school students learn very enthusiastically. A survey among teachers was conducted too, and 56% of the teachers involved in the survey were college and university teachers, and 64.2% thereof were secondary school teachers who teach English respectively. This indicates the actual needs of the society for English learning. As the survey shows, teachers of secondary schools use game methods more frequently compared to teachers of higher education. I found out eight and three factors respectively in terms of advantage and disadvantage through a questionnaire. Hence, it's obvious to understand that game approaches have more advantages, and they are more effective. As the survey shows it's clear that the majority or 81% of the teachers didn't read and study well enough the book "101 Approaches of Active Training". Therefore, I have concluded it's appropriate to deliver the book to teachers as a manual. Because a teacher has had his own certain few methods, and uses them too frequently, which has potential to reduce interests of students for learning. Hence, it was concluded it's appropriate for teachers to renovate and enhance their methodology on regular basis making the book as their desk book for reference and study. Moreover, I suggest to create a manual for games suitable for psychologcial features of students, as well as, use in classes, and their instructions, recommendations for preparing aids of particular game including terms to be used in particular game, which shall be used in classes regularly.75% out of total 20 students involved in training had proven real advantages of active methods designed for development of creative thinking. Thus, the approach of developing creative thinking proves that training of developing creative thinking enhances interests of learning, and students get bored of uniform classes. It's also concluded that it provides consistent knowledge to students as results of examination are higher than compared to previous year when a test of understanding had been conducted at the end of a class. When using active training approach for developing creative thinking it may provide students with core knowledge adhering to the principle of "not all but essentials", and involve activities designed to let them comprehend by themselves.
