Adolescence is a period in which dramatic changes in the physiological and psychological development of adolescents take place. In this age of middle school students, due to the gradual maturation of sexual physiology and sexual psychological development, they are full of curiosity and confusion of sex. But parents avoid discussing such topics, the school adolescent education also encountered many difficulties, the urgent need for adolescent health education in adolescence is not very easy to carry out. Under this background, microlecture and middle school adolescence health education combined not only can solve the problem of the lack of health education class, limited teachers, teaching content one-sided single, but also still enable students to have space repeatedly listening and learning puberty knowledge; in the form of microlecture in network self-learning avoids teachers and students face-to-face embarrassment of knowledge to explain and it improves the content of health education, which overcome the traditional teaching mode brought about by the limitations. To carry out adolescent education in middle school can help students eliminate the sense of mystery about puberty, which is conducive to the healthy development of the students, prevention disease of adolescence, correct moral behavior of the concept of culture.Microlecture in the domestic development of history doesn't have a long history, therefore as for the design and application of the current middle school microlecture, more attention is paid to specific subjects; the middle school adolescent health education and the combinations of the way are more novel. This research is carried out by means of questionnaire survey, the survey of Guangzhou University affiliated high school(Huang Hualu campus) students in the form of microlecture. The results showed that 90% of the students were interested in the adolescent health education program,81.6% of students believe that the adolescent health knowledge in biology class is lack or deficiency, Middle school students want to know more about the problem of interpersonal communication, adolescent health care, contraceptive methods, understanding of the behavior of masturbation, etc. According to the results of the survey to determine the theme of adolescent education, the production of health education in secondary schools and the microlecture. Then the individual students and teachers were interviewed to analyze the growth of the students' perception and knowledge after learning the microlecture.After implement the microlecture, interview students to know that the content of microlecture's cases are students what want to know, a general increase in the students' education of adolescent health knowledge, to solve the puzzled of student, know the procedure and method of adolescent health. The biology teachers feel that the microlecture video can be used in the tradition teaching, to drive the interest of students to learn, to improve their attention in the class. Through the experimental class and the control class of case 3 achievement test independent samples t test, indicating that the experimental class and the control class results in significant difference(P ? 0.01), indicating that the experimental class of the case knowledge master degree is higher than that of the control class. So as to explain, in the form of micro lesson to carry out adolescent health education can enable students to better grasp the adolescent knowledge, is conducive to the healthy development of students.
